THE FOOD

All of the food that we present for our clients is hand-made from the purest ingredients. Nothing is prepared from boxes (frozen foods are just not an option) and our unique catering will provide the best quality food that our staff can produce. We prefer to use only local and sustainable products because of the quality of taste. Every piece of food served will be made from scratch, this is our guarantee to our customers.

All of the menus prepared for the events that we produce are tailored to our clients’ requests. Therefore, we do not have set menus for our customers to choose from. We will meet any of the needs that our clients have.

THE CHEF

Owner/Executive Chef, Brad Hindsley, has an AAS in Culinary Arts, a BBA in Hospitality Management, an MBA in Business Management, and a Baking and Pastry Certificate from the Institute of Culinary Arts at Robert Morris University in Chicago. He has also studied under world class chefs in Florence, Italy. He has worked in the catering industry for over 7 years and has a strong passion for food! Brad founded Spire Catering to fulfill his dreams and aspirations to serve the best quality food to people who value food in the same way he does and to teach others the value that food holds. He is very passionate about teaching people the technique of "Farm to Table", using locally grown ingredients to prepare the best quality of food.
